To renew a domain name you have to enter the Username and password on the home page under "Customer Login".

The user account must be linked to the domain name you want to renew as the primary user or as user with authorization to make payments.

Once logged into the Control Panel you will find the legend: “Continue to Renew;” here you need to click on "See more" so we can show you the domain names listing you have that need renewal soon. Or, after entering the Control Panel you can go to the “Payments” section and click on the “Execute Payments” Option.

Choose the domains you wish to renew and indicate to us:

  1. Coverage
  2. Method of payment
  3. Type of receipt

To finish, verify the information recorded; we will ask you to consent to the Transfer of Ownership Rights Acceptance policies and finally, you only need to press the button “Register.”

If you want you can make the Renewal of a domain name as long as the period to renew not to the maximum coverage, in the “Payments” section "Execute Payments” option, you need to follow the process step by step until you register the payment order.
